We’re now looking for a Marketing Director to lead Birdman’s next chapter: taking us from a category-defining Mexican brand to a global leader in health and wellness. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to shape the future of a movement, not just a brand. You’ll report directly to the CRO , owning the full brand strategy across Mexico, the U.S., and emerging international markets. We’re looking for a leader who combines strategic thinking with creative instinct, someone who can build authentic, inspiring brands while staying focused on data, growth, and results. Someone who can think big, move fast, and inspire A‑player teams to deliver at the highest global level. A real challenge with real impact. Birdman is growing fast. You’ll be leading two stages of growth simultaneously. In Mexico , you’ll scale an already strong business, launching new wellness categories and solidifying Birdman as a holistic powerhouse. In the U.S. and internationally , you’ll build our presence from scratch, defining positioning, launching products, and scaling quickly into new markets. Unlike most roles in Mexico that follow global playbooks, at Birdman you’ll be the one writing it. You’ll be part of the HQ leadership team, setting the global brand vision and strategy that other markets will follow. Scope of the Role You’ll oversee and inspire teams across: Brand Management (Mexico, U.S., and new markets) Creative (design, content, storytelling) Product & Innovation Marketing (go‑to‑market launches & narratives) Experiential Activations & Merchandising (events, trade shows, in‑store) PR & Media (brand voice, visibility, reputation) Consumer & Market Insights (CMI) (data‑driven brand strategy) Social & Influencer Marketing This role also requires close collaboration with Performance Marketing & Ecommerce, Innovation/R&D, and Commercial & Sales to ensure brand strategy is tightly aligned with growth, product development, and retail execution. The ideal candidate The ideal candidate is a rare hybrid leader —a brand builder with creative vision and cultural instinct, combined with the discipline of a metrics‑ and results‑driven operator. You thrive in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments, inspire A‑player teams , and know how to balance bold storytelling with flawless execution. Above all, you bring a growth mindset, resilience, and the ambition to build a brand from Mexico that will shape the global health & wellness industry . Requirements Must‑Have Requirements 10+ years in brand marketing, including at least 3 years in team leadership. Proven success scaling consumer brands across multiple markets. A strategic storyteller who blends creativity with measurable business results. Experience hiring, developing, and leading high‑performing teams. Deep understanding of brand, creative, product marketing, activations, and PR/media. Hands‑on leadership, comfortable moving from strategy to flawless execution. Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments with high accountability. Experience working with international teams and agencies. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. Based in Guadalajara or open to frequent travel between Mexico and the US. Nice‑to‑Have Requirements Background in CPG, wellness, food & beverage, or lifestyle industries. Experience launching new markets and driving international expansion. Strong understanding of consumer insights (CMI) and applying data to strategy. Experience collaborating with performance marketing and ecommerce teams. Advanced degree such as an MBA or similar. #J-18808-Ljbffr
