Business Unit Manager

If you are an experienced Operations manager looking for a challenge, Emerson has an excitement opportunity to join our talented and growing team in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila. You will be responsible for complying with the customer’s demands within scheduled time, you will coordinate production, maintenance and engineering activities of your area.**AS A BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER, YOU WILL**:- Ensure that all associates and members of the unit respect our processes, keeping all customers satisfied- Assure care of the integrity of all associates coordinating activities of production, maintenance and engineering- Control production reducing downtime and achieve productivity and always seek to exceed it- Elaborate and update daily reports on production standards- Responsible for the maintenance of machinery and equipment.- Participate in Cost Reduction programs- Participate in Zero accidents program- Participate in Continuous improvement programs- Maintain quality PPMs- Comply with shipments on time**WHO YOU ARE**:You provide timely and helpful information to individuals across the organization. You adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders. You anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations.
