So… Are You Ready to Advance Beyond Ambition? Game on. Welcome to BC.GAME. Position Overview As the Country Manager for Mexico, you will lead our expansion and operations in the local market. You will be responsible for business development, marketing, partnerships, and team leadership—ensuring all strategies are culturally relevant, data-driven, and compliant with Mexico’s local regulations. Job Responsibilities Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy and annual operating plan for Mexico Analyze local user behavior, market trends, and competition to identify business opportunities Build and scale distribution channels and strategic partnerships in the region Marketing & Brand Localization Plan and oversee localized marketing campaigns including SEO, paid media, social media, affiliate marketing, and KOL partnerships Work with internal design/content teams to ensure all assets are tailored for Mexican audiences Represent the brand publicly and manage community presence in Mexico Team & Project Management Recruit, lead, and manage local teams (marketing, support, community, etc.) Coordinate cross-functional projects with product, payment, legal, and compliance departments Ensure timely execution and quality standards across all local initiatives Legal Compliance & Risk Management Monitor Mexico’s regulatory landscape relevant to online entertainment/iGaming Collaborate with the legal team to assess risk and ensure all operations remain compliant Mitigate reputational or operational risks through proactive planning Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs such as registrations, user engagement, retention, ARPU, and marketing ROI Deliver regular market reports and performance summaries to executive leadership Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and resource allocation Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, business development, or iGaming/fintech-related industries Deep understanding of Mexico’s market dynamics, online user behavior, and consumer trends Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) Hands-on experience with digital tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, affiliate systems, etc. Proven leadership and project management skills Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment Join Our Adventure We're an inclusive and collaborative team that values hard work and enthusiasm.
