Designing and delivering added value energy solutions is what we do.If you share our determination to drive the transition to a low-carbon future, then this could be the job for you.We are currently seeking a **Staff Housing and Office Maintenance Coordinator **, reporting directly to Gabriel Garcia to join our team based in Ensenada, Baja California, Mex.**About the Job**Arranges and manages all aspects of project/construciton site housing activities and programs. strategic thinker with excellent project management skills that is able to guide cross-departmental teams and collaborate closely with a broad network of colleagues both locally and globally. You will have the ability to work autonomously in a self-directed manner and be outcomes focused.- Responsible for all housing program operations- Tracks available rentals for both expatriates and nationals.- Assists with client intake and financial updates- Maintains housing operations including waitlists, maintenance, move-ins, and move-outs- Coordinates services with external realty agency partners- Manages housing database and creates monthly and ad hoc reports- Develops/maintains relationships with landlords, property management and realty agenciesut basic tasks such as office maintenance, cleaning, post-room, office supplies management, etc.- Works according to instructions respecting procedures and policies- Assists senior colleagues by carrying out basic administrative activities**About You**We’d love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:Qualifications: related to electricalLanguages: Intermediated EnglishWe offer you not only a job, but an inspiring journey in a truly global environment where you team up to break down boundaries thanks to the innovation, creativity and pioneer spirit which drive our people.**Inclusion Standards**In our continuous journey to developing and building culture of inclusion, we adhere to four Inclusion Gold Standards.
