Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Company Overview**:Clever Tiny Homes is a leader in innovative factory-built housing solutions, specializing in creating high-quality, energy-efficient, and sustainable homes for the U.S. market. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in designing and engineering new buildings manufactured at our Ensenada plant.**Key Responsibilities**:- ** Revit Modeling & Drafting**:- Create detailed architectural and construction plans using Revit for submission and manufacturing purposes.- Draft residential construction details in accordance with US building standards and codes.- ** Code Compliance & Research**:- Conduct research and incorporate code requirements into designs and technical documentation.- ** Structural Coordination**:- Collaborate with or function as the structural engineer to develop and finalize stamped drawings for submission.- ** MEP Design & Drafting**:- Design and draft mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring integration with the overall building plans.- ** Factory Floor Collaboration**:- Conduct regular walkthroughs of the factory floor to verify that installations align with the drawings, specifications, and manufacturer guidelines.- Work closely with production teams to address discrepancies and ensure quality control.Experiência y requisitos**Job Summary**:**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Proficiency in **Revit** and other relevant design software.- Strong knowledge of US residential construction methods, materials, and detailing.- Experience designing and drafting **MEP systems**.- Familiarity with structural engineering principles and processes for obtaining stamped drawings.- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong commitment to quality.Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Construcción/Arquitectura/Obra**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Intermedio, Escrito: Intermedio**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
