**Responsible for defining the processes and policies of the DDS (Direct Distribution to Store) administration. Provide direction to the Associates to guarantee the achievement of the channel's sales objectives in an efficient and sustainable manner, in addition secure the tools and services for the DDS sales force.**:**What are we looking for?**:- Academic Graduate (bachelor's degree), with +6-7 years of experience in Sales - Sales Operations.- Proficiency in MS Office and especially Excel for data manipulation, visualizations, and complex custom reports, Power Bi is a plus.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Spanish and English).- Experience in sales operations.- Strong background of route to market.- Deep understanding of different Sales Channels.- Managing and measuring work (metrics - kpis construction and follow up).- Proven ability to solve complex problems and dealing with ambiguity.- Experience working within a team environment that includes cross functional departments.- Minimum 1.5 years of successful people leadership experience.**What will be your key responsibilities?**:- Generate the DDS budget that guarantees a correct distribution and efficient use of resources (Ovhs budget = $190M).- Guarantee the operation and the stability of the systems that provide visibility (daily).- Secure the proper sales tool and their management according to the best practices.- Prepare the after-sales and distribution analysis, considering the main DDS KPIs and generate proposals to achieve the channel's objectives.- On a regular basis redesign routes based on profitability and efficiency of every single route (+600 routes)- Be an active co-pilot in the profitability of the 44 DDS Distribution Centres* (34 Depots & 10 Satellital) through efficiencies in design and customer loyalty, being responsible for the administration of its database and the definition of the RTM model.- Set guidelines, controls and processes that facilitate the work of salespeople, aligned with those established by the company (Governance and Finance Manual).- Implement technological tools that facilitate the operational management of the channel and promote continuous improvement, as well as provide support and training to Sales Reps (+630) and supervisors (35) for their correct use.- Design the sustainable expansion plan for DDS model considering potential and relevant location that increase MW brands distribution in M&Ps channel. Responsible of its correct implementation with all multifunctional teams.- Forecasting DDS sales and activities aligned to our S&OP+ process considering all Distribution Centers demands and needs.
