**Job Title**Billing Specialist**Location**Monterrey**Overview**Blue Yonder, Inc. (formerly JDA Software) is currently seeking a Billing Specialist to join our team.**Responsibilities**:- Process Billing from Workday- Management of customer invoicing portals- Gain understanding of the multiple product types- Learn the contract entry system- Process special billing requests out of Upland- Handle corrections arising from Customer support review and billing review- Process and distribution of multiple invoice types- Process multiple credit types- Field customer queries- Bi-Weekly Time and Expense processing.- Government Billing and Entry into government systems- Other duties as assigned**Qualifications**:- Minimum 2 years of experience with billing and contracts.- Associates / College accounting classes preferred.- Knowledge of accounting processes related to billing.- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.- Excellent written and oral communication skills.- Ability to handle multiple, changing priorities and strong attention to detail.- Able to work overtime during month/Quarter end.- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.- LI-CR1**Our Values**If you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
