Job Overview Supports the sourcing process, provides administrative support, RFQ analysis, and bidding overview, and communicates and manages supplier-related data. Job Responsibilities Providing day‑to‑day administrative support to the procurement organization, adhering to the defined key performance indicators, and improving the team's efficiency. Creating purchase orders, following up with the suppliers, receiving and tracking purchase orders, and monitoring the PR (purchase requisition) queue daily. Tracking lead time regularly, revising the scheduling agreements, and creating and updating the information records and source lists in a timely manner. Ensuring timely payments to the suppliers, reviewing open orders, and escalating internal and external discrepancies between suppliers and buyers. Qualifications Typically requires 4 or more years of related work experience. Requires high school diploma. Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.
