We provide custom-built, expert consulting rooted in market leading intelligence to help clients navigate the new era of energy and natural resources.**The Impact**: As a production design supervisor, you will manage and guide a team of design specialists and will collaborate with our global consulting teams to deliver consistent high quality, accurate, visually stimulating deliverables that meet the needs of internal stakeholders.**What’s in it for you**:Join a global company that provides highly complementary capabilities to power the markets of the future and enable our customers to make decisions with conviction and create long term, sustainable value.Significant opportunity to support the global consulting team in executing impactful consulting deliverables focused on solving leading (and emerging) industry challenges across the energy and natural resources value chain (including the transition to low carbon solutions).Exposure and interaction with a diverse array of senior consultants with decades of expertise providing business advice across the energy value chain.Potential growth opportunity into consultant work.**Responsibilities: The Presentation Developer Supervisor will**:Be responsible for managing the assigned team and the processes that will support the successful execution of Consulting assignmentsCo-ordinate and supervise a team of presentation developer specialists in creating, designing, and formatting electronic presentations and deliverables for S&P Global’s Commodity Insights Global Consulting teamSupport and guide team members to produce deliverables which suits the project requirements of global consulting teamsManage and lead the resource allocation across different projects to maximize capabilities and timely turnaround of deliverablesCreate awareness and knowledge amongst team members on strategies, best practices, and techniques to appropriately handle multiple projects.Ensure creation of engaging deliverables (PowerPoint presentations and/or Word documents), with compelling content and visuals, for leadership and consulting teamsReview, evaluate, provide feedback and support to the team in presenting complicated concepts in a visually appealing and clear manner, including creating data-heavy financial graphics and chartsOwn the process of transforming existing PowerPoint content with an aim to simplify and enhance the presentation main points ensuring the quality and accuracy of presentation contentBe able to confidentially manage and work directly with global consulting senior-level managementBe able to guide and support team to incorporate various types of graphics and multimedia into Microsoft Office documents/presentations ensuring consistency with corporate branding guidelines, and templatesPromote and coordinate technical training activities and capabilities development on areas of interest for the projects and Consulting Services in general.**What We’re Looking For**:Result oriented, focused, self-driven individual with high levels of motivation and enthusiasm to deliverCommitted to producing best-in-class deliverables with high attention to detailsCapable of turning data into visually compelling charts, and a “blank sheet” into an attractively designed presentationIn-depth understanding of what type of charts are suitable to compel certain messagesOrganizational and time management skills including the ability to work under tight deadlines and to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to manage and motivate a team to work under tight deadlines coordinating multiple priorities and, if required, work with management to determine priorities.Business-oriented and excellent communication skillsAnalytical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesMeticulous and attentive to detailProficient knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and ThinkCell (required)**Required Education**: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree within relevant areas, e.g., business, graphics designing, marketing, economics, engineering.**Required Experience and Capabilities**:Must have 6+ years of slides development in a consulting environmentExperience working with leading consulting firms (including McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Strategy&, and other highly reputable companies)Experience leading teamsExperience with infographics and presentation designsEnglish proficiency (required)Experience working with multi-cultural global teams**About Company Statement**:S&P Global delivers essential intelligence that powers decision making.
