**We’re Hiring Quality Manager | Opportunity in Mexico with Work Visa Process Support**Are you looking for a challenging role with international projection? Join our team as a **Quality Manager** and be part of a leading company in the metallurgical sector.**Purpose of the Role**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Define strategies to meet department objectives and improve product performance across 9 company locations.- Develop and monitor quality indicators aligned with company policies, collaborating with quality teams, plant managers, sales, and customers.- Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.- Design, analyze, and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) to maintain competitiveness and regulatory compliance.- Plan and execute internal audits (ISO 9001:2015, AASHTO) and ensure company certifications must be maintained.- Drive continuous improvement in production processes and minimize quality risks.- Develop training plans for operational teams and other departments to align with established quality procedures.**Requirements**:*Availability to move accross the country*Relocation Availability*American VISA**Education & Experience**:- Engineering Bachelor's Degree- English B2+ (upper/ intermmediate)- At least 5 years of experience as a Quality Manager or similar leadership roles.- 10+ years in the metallurgical or metalworking industry.**Specific Knowledge**:- ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor.- ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor.- Lean Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing (Black Belt).**What We Offer**:- Full support for the visa process.- Professional development in a high-impact environment.- Opportunity to lead key projects in a globally recognized company.**Location**: United States.**Benefits**: Medical, dental, and vision insurance.**Relocation Support**:- $2,000 USD relocation bonus.- Hotel accommodation for 15 days.- **Visa Support**: Full sponsorship and guidance for the TN visa process for you and your family.If you are proactive, passionate about quality, and experienced in the industry, we want you on our teamTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $86,940.00 - $96,000.00 al añoLugar de trabajo: On the road
