Backed by YCombinator, institutional funds, and a number of high-profile angel investors in Silicon Valley and Latin America, we are expanding our team looking for the best talent in the region to join our mission.We offer Shippers and Carriers who work with us brokerage services of digital freight for domestic shipping and modern transportation management solutions, powered by the best talent, data and financial services designed for business transportation of the future.**What you’ll be doing**:- Establish and maintain relationships with carriers to provide the best service to our customers.- Work with the Pricing department on RFQ and special projects- Assist TrackChain in further expanding the company's carrier network by targeting and developing new enterprise carrier partners.- Share carrier feedback with our engineering team to continuously improve our core technology for sourcing capacity and meet the needs of customers and carrier partners.- Ensure carriers are compliant with TrackChain standards and proactively communicate directly if they fall short of expectations Innovate solutions to improve operational efficiencies."**You should have**:- 3-5 years of work experience in Carrier Sales, Transportation, or Logistics- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to prioritize and thrive under deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Strong business judgment and analytical skills with great attention to detail- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Proficiency in customer relationship management and business KPIs Strong prioritization skills and works with a sense of urgency Advising carrier sales on best business/sales opportunities within their accounts.- Managing teams of carrier sales**What do we offer?**- Law benefits- 100% Remote working model- 15 days PTO- Christmas bonus- Major medical insurance- Wi Fi and electricity bonus- Stock options plan- This role is expected to work remotely
