**Remote Lease Underwriter Administrator for a Property Management Company**:**GC Realty and Development LLC**, is looking for a driven, tech savvy, and detailed person to fill the open** Lease Underwriter Administrator** in our rapidly growing business. GC Realty and Development, an award-winning **Property Management** firm, is expanding and looking for new team players to join us.This is a full time opportunity,** not to be combined with other employment.**The job comes with a compensation range of- ** Salary: $7 to $9 USD per hour.**:- ** 10 days of PTO per year**:- ** Birthday bonus (1 day off in your birthday off)**:- ** US holidays are off and paid for (7 days a year)**:- ** Usual Schedule of** **Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Central Time)** workweek.**What You'll Do**- Create listing agreements and upload into Brokermint ensuring compliance- Send video tours to Upwork and once completed upload to YouTube and link to AppFolio- Fill out applicant tracking page- Create and send out leases- Upload executed leases to internal platforms and share with owner- Upload move in checklist to internal platforms- Place Facebook Marketplace ads and respond to all leads**What You'll Bring**- ** Fluency in English (Read, Write, Speak) (C1 or C2 English Level)**:- Modern computer (i3 Processor or above, 8 GB RAM). Second monitor is desirable.- Stable high speed internet connection,webcam and mic, and a comfortable, quiet working space.- Full time availability (8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Standard Time) **Monday to Friday.
