Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or related fields.Material knowledge, market and industry trends, manufacturing process, compliance andstandards, Financial and analytical skills, technical tools, soft skills as a good negotiation, all inplastics raw materials industry.**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:1. Procurement and supply chain Management:Manage the complete purchasing process for raw materials (such as polymers and additives), tools, machinery, and services related to the plastics industry.Analyse quotations and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best price, quality, and delivery terms.Issue purchase orders and track compliance with established agreements.Strong understanding of procurement process, supplier management and supply chain optimization.2. Supplier Development and Evaluation:Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers that meet company requirements.Conduct supplier audits and maintain strategic relationships with key vendors.Monitor supplier performance using metrics such as quality, on-time delivery, and cost-effectiveness.3. Inventory Control:Coordinate with warehouse and production departments to ensure optimal inventory levels.Prevent shortages that could affect production and avoid unnecessary stockpiling.4. Regulatory Compliance:Ensure that purchased materials comply with applicable quality and environmental standards.Manage required documentation for internal and external audits.5. Cost Optimization:Seek cost-saving opportunities through negotiations, product standardization, or supplier changes.Monitor market trends and evaluate risks in raw material pricing.6. Cross-Department Collaboration:Work closely with production, quality, and logistics departments to align purchases with company needs.COMPETENCES/SKILLS:Types of polymers and raw materials used in plastic injection or extrusion.Inventory management and material logistics, proficiency in ERP software or purchasing management systems.Skills: Negotiation, financial analysis, problem-solving, organization, and teamwork.Languages: Advanced English (preferred, for communication with international suppliers).Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vidaLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
