This dual-role position offers exposure to critical operational processes and risk management practices, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and client service.**Key Responsibilities****Control & Oversight**- Support daily and periodic control activities across operational processes.- Monitor and bring up exceptions, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.- Assist in the implementation and testing of control enhancements and automation initiatives.- Contribute to risk assessments, audit responses, and regulatory reporting.- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and transparency in oversight practices.**Client Order Management**- Facilitate client trade instructions and ensure accurate execution via Aladdin Transfer Agent.- Verify and confirm distributor investment instructions under strict deadlines.- Aggregate and circulate summary data to internal team members involved in the investment process.- Maintain high standards of client service and operational excellence.- Partner with Portfolio Management, Relationship Managers, Legal & Compliance, Risk, and other operational teams.**Additional Responsibilities**- Participate in special projects including system testing, automation efforts, and client research.- Foster strong internal and external relationships with a focus on collaboration and service.- Operate in an energetic, fast-paced atmosphere with flexibility between 7:15 AM and 7:15 PM EST.**Skills & Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field preferred.- 3-5 years of investment or operations experience preferred; internship experience also considered.- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and oral) is required.- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- High proficiency in Microsoft Office; interest in learning new technologies.- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.**Our benefits**To help you stay energized, engaged and inspired, we offer a wide range of benefits including a strong retirement plan, tuition reimbursement, comprehensive healthcare, support for working parents and Flexible Time Off (FTO) so you can relax, recharge and be there for the people you care about.**Our hybrid work model**BlackRock’s hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all.
