By prioritizing employee growth and development, we empower everyone to reach their full potential on their own terms, because the best work happens when you are free to be yourself and share your unique expertise.**Bombardier’s Benefits Program**:With our employees’ well-being top of mind, we offer a comprehensive and competitive Benefits Program, which includes the following:- Insurance plans (_Medical, life insurance, and more_)- Employee Assistance Program- Competitive base salary**What are your contributions to the team?**:- Ensures the optimal functioning of molds tools (implementation, support, and obsolescence) aimed at the manufacturing of aircraft.- Executes maintenance plans; design, execution, and improvement of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance in a timely manner.- Coordinates work with service providers and management of parts and supplies inventory to ensure maintenance.- Propose improvements in processes and procedures.- Provide support for operational questions and requirements from support areas.- Management of safety risks in processes and tools, including risk control through FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).- Supports the standardization of processes, procedures, and best practices for the Querétaro site and management of these with other sites outside of Mexico.- Manages projects from start to finish, as well as manage the project portfolio.**How to thrive in this role?
