ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:The Lifecycle Marketing team at ViX is looking for a Manager, Reporting & Analytics Manager to join our teamThis role is a key member of the marketing technology team and is focused on owning the reporting and its process to guide the CRM team in their campaigns and decision making. You'll help us understand where to best harvest opportunities to drive upgrades from the ViX ad-supported video streaming product to the ViX+ subscription video streaming product and focus on driving higher engagement for AVOD and SVOD users. S(he) will own and track against our KPIs to ensure we find ways to improve our campaigns.ABOUT YOU:You are excited about providing customers with the best in class streaming experience. You are data-driven, a creative problem-solver and focused on understanding customer behaviors. You have solid experience in analyzing campaigns and surfacing the most important takeaways. You are excited about learning new technologies and managing projects in a fast-paced environment.YOUR DAY-DAY:- Analyze existing reports from Braze and triangulate with BI as needed- Develop and produce timely weekly that monitor CRM campaigns with clear takeaways- Develop an automated process for reporting on campaign results- Work directly with CRM team to develop and implement trigger-based client contact strategies such as attrition prevention or reactivation programs- Perform ad hoc analyses, as needed, to support Marketing and cross functional stakeholders- Work closely with Product team to implement new tracking needs- Conduct CRM data verification and database health activity and reportingYOU HAVE: (aka Qualifications)- _ _Bachelor’s degree required- 3-5 years of marketing experience working with a subscription-based product, e.g, streaming, SaaS, other media or similar- 3 -5 years developing and executing CRM campaigns in support of growing subscription services- Experience working with a CRM and reporting tools (e.g. Braze, Segment or similar)- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to share clear takeaways so that team members can take action- Detail oriented with the ability to muli-task- English fluency requiredOUR BENEFITS:TelevisaUnivision believes that a happy, well-balanced employee is what makes our culture thrive.
