Descripción y detalle de las actividadesThe Project Manager will plan, execute, and oversee specific projects within the fulfillment and logistics operations of the company. This role ensures that individual projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and deliver results that align with the organization’s goals.The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, implement new technologies, and enhance operational efficiency in fulfillment and supply chain operations.**Main Functions**:- Prospect new clients, establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.- Tooling and Injection Molding Technical Sales.- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.- Develop extensive sales skills in preparation to advance and grow up with the company.- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.- Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.- Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers.- Staying informed about competing products and services.- Upselling products and services.- Coordinate domestic and international material purchases including, but not limited to, China vendors to ensure orders are produced on tine according to project specifications.- Accurately coordinate shipping logistics to meet scheduled deliveries to our customer’s time and place specifications.- Researching and qualifying new leads.- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.Experiência y requisitosWith bachelor’s degree 4-6 years of related experience leading a medium size project or multiple concurrent large work packages.Experience within the aviation and/or aerospace industry.**Other Skills**:- Proficient with MS Project or Planisware, competent with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)- Previous experience in planning or managing projects, as well as, the ability to develop, lead, motivate working teams.- Solid organizational skills including multi-functional team coordination skills.- Familiar with problem solving tools, as well as risk and opportunities management.Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- Comedor- comedor- transporte- servicios médicos en planta**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Operaciones**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo- Turno Matutino- Lunes a viernes**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Intermedio, Escrito: Intermedio**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
