Hybrid Modality (2 days on site).Full Time, Permament, Attractive Benefits and Salary.Let's Talk About You........You’re ambitious, but you want a career with purpose—we love that.You’re up for a challenge and ready to write the next chapter of your career story with a great group of encouraging colleagues.You want to make your mark and let your personality shine.Well, if you’re interested in our Customer Marketing Associate role, this might be your next stepThis is a great choice for an ambitious doer, maker and innovator, especially since it requires experience in customer account and P&L.We are looking for a great team player to join Edgewell Personal Care - a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Banana Boat, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincarejust to name a few).Now, Let’s Get Down to Business..Reporting to our Customer Marketing & Catman Manager, the Customer Marketing Associate is responsible for accelerating sales in the Market through the development and execution of plans and promotions at the point of sale, as well as understanding the trends and patterns of buyers and clients in the assigned channel.**Some of the responsabilities include**:Analyze patterns, trends and insights of shoppers in each category at the point of sale to contribute to the understanding of the market, as well as the identification and quantification of growth opportunities, within the point of sale in the channel(s). assigned marketing(s) and clientsProvide information regarding the identified actions that are necessary to meet the objectives at the point of sale within the assigned channel.Maximize Marketing campaigns at the point of sale to achieve the greatest impact on the consumer (additional display, POP, etc.)Just to mention some responsabilities.Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?Ideally you will have similar experience gained within a consumer goods company:In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:- Business Bachelor Degree or similar.- Fluid English Business Level. (This will be proven in a phone call)- Experience in FMCG (Consumo masivo) companies. (This is a must)- 3-4 solids years of experience in Trade Marketing. (This is a must)- 3-4 years of solido experience managing Pharma and Traditional Channel.
