**Résumé du poste**1. Appuyer la réalisation des objectifs commerciaux en collaborant avec les clients et en leur dispensant des conseils lors de l’identification d’opportunités et de solutions en matière d’apprentissage et de développement.2. Établir un ordre de priorité concernant les postes de dépense du budget en se fondant sur des connaissances exactes du contexte professionnel afin de maximiser les capacités d’apprentissage et de développement et leur efficacité sur les activités.3. Partager les ressources et les meilleures pratiques en matière d’apprentissage et de développement et maximiser les compétences du personnel chargé de l’apprentissage et du développement par la mise en réseau.**Rôle et Responsabilités**1. (Planification d’une stratégie en matière d’apprentissage et de développement) Suivre la mise en place d’une stratégie en matière d’apprentissage et de développement, de plans d’exploitation annuels, d’une répartition du budget, et d’ICP (Indicateurs clés de performance) alignés sur les objectifs de la société et la gestion des compétences organisationnelles.2. (Mise en place et exploitation/exécution d’infrastructures et de politiques d’apprentissage et de développement) Coordonner les stratégies relatives à la création de ressources de gestion des connaissances, de programmes/d’initiatives d’apprentissage social, et de plans visant à accélérer l’instauration d’une culture de l’apprentissage.3. (Planification et gestion de projets) Soutenir la planification des projets, la gestion des parties prenantes/personnes responsables d’un projet, l’exécution des projets et l’examen des procédures.4. (Évaluation des compétences et de l’efficacité du système d’apprentissage et de développement) Soutenir l’évaluation des solutions et des projets d’apprentissage, ainsi que des compétences et du processus décisionnel.**Skills and Qualifications**- Spécialiste compétent dans la réalisation effectives de tâches spécifiques.- Peut contribuer au développement des futurs concepts et techniques, et réaliser des tâches complexes de manière créative et effective.- Travaille sur des missions diverses demandant de fortes prises d'initiative et capacité de jugement.- Peut déterminer les méthodes et les procédures pour les nouvelles missions.- Peut coacher les membres de son équipe.- Requiert un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience depuis TB1.
