Today, HPS is deeply engaged in product solutions for OSP Communication utility purposes, and has been actively growing that segment of the business. HPS roots have historically been in high voltage transmission, distribution, substation, underground products used by electric utilities. HPS products are also used in the civil construction, transportation, gas and water industries.At HPS, we build products that provide mission critical infrastructure and that deliver communications and power to millions of people worldwide. Other responsibilities include ensuring strong control environment and execution of productivity and other improvement actions.**Skills and Experience**:- Bachelor's Degree in Public Accountant, Finance or related field.- Experience in cost accounting, finance and/or similar position.- Advanced English 60 - 70%.- Management of excel advanced level.- Advanced Management in SAP.- Experience in Daily Reports of current Effectiveness vs. Plan.- Experience in Hours Earned and Forecast, scrap.- Experience in validation of productivity projects.- Experience in inventory analysis.- Experience in Cycle count.- Communication skills at all levels.- Customer service attitude.- Analysis capacity.- Sense of urgency.- Self-directed.- Teamwork.- Proactive.- Analytical.
