**Date Posted**:**Country**:Mexico**Location**:17th Floor Torre Magenta, Paseo de la Reforma 284, Colonia Juarez, Distrito Federal, CP 06600, Mexico**Position Role Type**:Unspecified**JOB TITLE**:Associate Director of Ops Strategy**LOCATION**: Calzada de la Manufactura 301Nogales, Sonora 84094Mexico**Role Overview**:**Primary Responsibilities**:- Development of business and financial plans to meet the business’ strategic needs- Provide leadership to multi-functional teams to ensure project execution- Engage with executive leadership to ensure project alignment and delivery- Align business strategic direction with site policy deployment- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels- Responsible for project execution- Effective budget and resource management- Ensure performance delivery against key targets/metrics and quality standards- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and cost reduction to maximise efficiency and effectiveness- Preparation and delivery of various management reports- Ensure that all Health and Safety standards and requirements are met- Build and maintain key relationships with customers, value stream and internal stakeholders- Ensure the organisation’s HR policies and procedures are followed- Key leader in matrix team including, logistics, supply chain, quality, and engineering- Development of team members**Basic Qualifications and Skills Required**- Typically requires a University Degree and 12 years prior relevant experience or Advanced Degree and 10 years prior relevant experience.- Results orientated- Strong ICT skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent relationship and team building skills- Excellent people management skills- Excellent project planning skills- Strong change management skills- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead, interact with and influence at all levels across all functions- Flexibility to travel worldwide as required**Desirable Skills**:- Ability to demonstrate experience of strategy development- Ability to demonstrate proven track record of project delivery to schedule, cost and quality- Ability to demonstrate leadership of multi-functional teams to deliver significant business projects- Ability to demonstrate management of key business processes**_ RTX is An Equal _**_Opportunity/Affirmative_**_ Action Employer.
