**About Us****About The Role**Being part of the BCM Solutions team, we work with our users and partners to develop the solutions they need to leverage new forms of financial products. More generally, as a Solutions Engineer working at Chainlink Labs, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering to develop cutting edge solutions for our growing user base in the banking and capital markets industry. You will be given a high level of autonomy/ownership over your projects, the opportunity to expand your scope of knowledge, and the chance to help build the decentralized infrastructure of the future.**Your Impact**:- You will make significant contributions to multiple user projects and initiatives across our banking and capital markets user base- You will make significant contributions to reusable modules and solution accelerators- You will help define a set of effective processes and practices for the consistent and efficient delivery of high quality Chainlink based solutions**Requirements**:- At least 4 years of experience working in a Solutions or Engineering role- Hands on experience in Smart Contract Development and interfacing with Blockchain based technologies- Development experience in strongly typed language (preferably Golang or Typescript)- Passion to learn about Web3 and enabling Financial institutions to adopt blockchain- Exposure to running and supporting services in production- Experience with cloud based deployments including virtualization and containerisation- Experience with adjacent technologies such as messaging systems, databases etc- Comfortable working with ambiguous requirements and finding new solutions- Strong communication skills both written and verbal- Client facing experience**Preferred Requirements**:- Implemented financial systems for regulated institutions- Understanding of the banking and capital markets industry- Experience with DeFi protocols- All roles with Chainlink Labs are global and remote-based.
