A global manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Data Network Engineer to join our team at Hermosillo Plant, supporting multiple locations, globally. You will be the primary contact for resolving technical problems within a global network environment, while assuring the highest level of customer support and system reliability.Support a high availability Network infrastructure supporting 24x7 environments- 2nd level support through the company internal ticketing system- Monitor, Identify, diagnoses, and resolves network problems- Network (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)- Network Security based on Cisco ISE- Administration, Maintenance, Monitoring of Network and Telephony topology devices. Including but not limited to routers, firewalls, managed switches, wireless access points and controllers.- Documentation according to standards- Develop and maintain processes and procedures consistent with IT best practices and service level agreements to ensure service availability- Sustain best practices such as configuration and release management, change control procedures, site documentation and cross training**IT Operations Expert Network**MX-SON-Hermosillo - HER00007D- **Qualifications**:Bachelor’s degree of Information System Management or relatedAt least 2-5 years of professional experienceCCNA Certification required.
