Key Responsibilities Ensure availability, stability, and performance of integration platforms and middleware Manage integration‑related incidents, problems, and service requests Collaborate with development teams to design, build, and deploy new integrations Translate business requirements into technical integration solutions Lead testing and validation processes for integration changes Act as liaison between Operations, Development, and Business stakeholders Drive continuous improvement of integration processes and governance Contribute to enterprise architecture discussions, focusing on scalability and resilience Manage integration roadmaps, aligning them with business and IT strategies Provide training and knowledge sharing for operations and support teams Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred) 5+ years of experience in IT operations, system integration, or software development Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) Strong understanding of system integration concepts (APIs, middleware, ESB, iPaaS, EDI) and modern integration technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, message queues) Proven experience in managing both operational support and integration development projects Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills Experience with operations and development methodologies (ITIL, Agile, DevOps) Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and vendor management Compensation Weekly payment.
