This is just the beginning as we expand our offering and implement future technologies across our operations.We are part of O-I, who with 25,000 + employees and an unparalleled footprint spanning 70 plants in 20 countries, provides us with the opportunity to make an impact on a global scale.**Qualifications** Requirements and qualifications**:**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Systems, Informatics, or related field.**Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support to users, ideally in the Human Resources area.**Skills**:- Strong communication and customer service skills.- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.- Analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proactive and service oriented.**Knowledge**:- Knowledge and experience in the use of Kronos 8.1 and SAP HCM (HR modules).- Knowledge of databases (SQL Server, Oracle or others).- Knowledge of ITIL (desirable).- Languages: English level B1 (intermediate).**Additional Information** Key Responsibilities**:- Comply with the company's information security standards and policies.
