We're looking for a skilled and self-motivated individual to join our team as a **Full Charge Bookkeeper (Part-Time)**As the** Full Charge Bookkeeper (Part-Time)**, will thrive in a dynamic environment and bring accounting knowledge, accuracy, and a commitment to excellence in their work.This is an incredible remote opportunity to work for a US-based company.**What You'll Do**:- Conduct comprehensive management of full cycle accounting activities, ensuring complete and accurate recording of all financial transactions.- Code and enter vendor expense invoices, checking for accuracy and resolving discrepancies.- Manage all facets of accounts payable and accounts receivable, including the meticulous preparation and issuance of invoices to clients and timely collection of payments.- Maintain the integrity of the general ledger, performing regular reviews and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.- Process employee timesheets and payroll, ensuring accurate wages, tax withholdings, and employee benefits calculation.- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports, providing insightful information to clients for informed decision-making.- Work collaboratively with team members to streamline accounting processes and implement best practices for efficiency and accuracy.**What You Need**:- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.- Advanced proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, etcStrong business acumen and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.- Skilled in managing Accruals and Journal Entries- Exceptional attention to detail, with a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial information.- Ability to manage tight deadlines and effectively juggle multiple tasks and priorities.- Experience in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting financial statements and reports.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building strong client and team relationships.- Experience with US Sales Tax filings (Nice to have)- Experience in both service businesses and physical inventory businesses (inventory). (Nice to have)- US GAAP (Nice to have)**Salary & Benefits**:- Competitive salary.- This is a part-time (10 hours per week), long-term position.- The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.- Work from home.- Additional perks and benefits.
