We are seeking a **Remote Social Media Representative & Executive Assistant** to join a growing team. This role is primarily focused on managing and engaging across social media platforms, while also providing executive assistant support to ensure smooth operations for the company’s founder.**Why This Role?**- **Remote & flexible** - contribute professionally while working from home.- **Varied responsibilities** - combine social media management with executive support.- **Direct impact** - support leadership while strengthening the company’s digital presence.**Key Responsibilities****Social Media Management**- Manage the company’s presence across **Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and TikTok**.- Post daily content, monitor engagement, and respond to comments/messages on behalf of the company.- Like, comment, and interact to increase visibility and brand engagement.- Track social media trends and provide recommendations for improvement.- Report on engagement metrics and campaign performance.**Executive Assistant Support**- Coordinate and manage the founder’s calendar, including meetings, reminders, and time zone adjustments.- Support day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.**Tools & CRM**- Use **Google Suite** for communication, scheduling, and document management.- Support CRM and marketing efforts using **HubSpot** (certification is a plus).**Qualifications**- **Education**: BA degree or equivalent professional experience preferred**Experience**:- Demonstrated experience in **social media management** across multiple platforms.- Proficiency in **Google Suite** required.- Experience with **HubSpot** strongly preferred; HubSpot certification is a plus.**Skills**:- English proficiency**:C2 or native** level (written and spoken).- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Excellent communication and time management skills.- Ability to work independently and proactively.**Work Location**- Must be available to work aligned with **Arizona Time (U.S.)**.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $15,000.00 - $16,000.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
