Process Control Sr. Analyst

**Responsibilities**:- Resolves complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret policies, guidelines or processes.- Manages one or more processes, reports, procedures or products, and considered analytical or procedural "expert" representing a unit or team on cross-function process or project deliverables.- Performs other duties and functions as assigned- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.**Qualifications**:- 5-8 years relevant experience**Education**:- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.The **main job purpose **is the oversight of the compliance of Global Control Policies impacting across all levels of the Finance organization. This includes compliance with Data Management, End User Computing and Model´s Policy. This role serves as liaison with local teams and global control teams that support the above-mentioned policies acting as EUC Champion and as liaison with Governance and Control Office.**Responsibilities**:- The position is expected to interact with at least 21 Finance teams locally, with Global and Regional Control Initiatives partners, End User Computers groups and with Senior Management to provide guidance on compliance over Global Policies under his responsibility.- Finance EUCs monitoring. - (Understand the EUC processes to evaluate adequacy of control design and provide guidance, centrally track, monitor High-Risk EUC registration, extended use, implementation plan & retirement to ensure compliance with commitments, Review/challenge Low / Medium / High Risk EUC distribution by teams, perform Quality Checks and provide guidance over the Policy.- Finance Models governance. - (Provide governance oversight for Model Risk Mgmt Policy and Lead reviews and attestation process).**Qualifications/ skills required**:- 2+ years of previous experience required (Internal/External audit/ Internal Control/ Finance/ EUC experience).- English language skills, written and oral- Strong communication and diplomacy skills are also required- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel and Powerpoint- Attention to detail and quality- Leadership, Analysis and Synthesis skills- Problem-solving and decision-making skills- Highly developed communication skills (written and verbal)- Ability to negotiate with high level of discretion- Track record of successfully working both independently and in a team environment- Ability to manage multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines- Effective planning and organizational skills- Desirable knowledge in Digital Technology tools such as, but not limited, to Power BI, Knime, Appian- **Job Family Group**:Finance- **Job Family**:Process Control- **Time Type**:Full time- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.View the "**EEO is the Law**" poster.
