The Contract Labor Sourcing Analyst II is responsible for reviewing the needs of internal stakeholders and matching to one of Travelport’s established vendors to provide resource(s). Manages and tracks individual Statements of Work to ensure renewals are handled as needed in a timely manner. Unconflicted and independent, we are reinventing a simpler future for travel’s complex ecosystem.**What does a great Contract Labor Sourcing Analyst do?**The Contract Labor Sourcing Analyst II is responsible for reviewing the needs of internal stakeholders and matching to one of Travelport’s established vendors to provide resource(s). Manages and tracks individual Statements of Work to ensure renewals are handled as needed in a timely manner. Also responsible for tracking resources and costs and performing audits as necessary to ensure accuracy.**Responsibilities**:- Act as single point of contact between labor vendors and Travelport through the lifecycle of an engagement; maintain internal stakeholder rapport by listening to and resolving concerns- Reviews contracts/Statements of Work- Works with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements for sourcing new requests- Collaborates with vendors and facilitates meetings with internal stakeholders throughout the process- Handles onboarding process utilizing tools such as Oracle HCM and Microsoft PPM- Collect, document, and analyze various metrics by vendor/Statement of Work to assist in decision making process including but not limited to:- Resource details (headcount. location, attrition, etc.)- Spend details- Invoice audting/accuracy- Prepare and distribute detailed reporting on above metrics- Perform data cleanup activities as needed**What we look for/who would prosper in this role?**- 2+ years’ experience in contract management, preferably as it relates to outsourced labor contracts- Has training and basic knowledge of job function principles, theories and concepts to complete assignments/scope.- Degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent college education, and/or the equivalent of training and experience- Must be proficient in basic math- Basic knowledge on how contracts are structured- Advanced Microsoft Product skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft PowerBI knowledge a plus- Ideally some knowledge of Oracle HCM and/or Microsoft PPM- Fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Good communication and organization skills**As we evolve and grow as a business, so will you.**You will thrive within an inclusive and diverse workplace where you are encouraged to think differently, and have the courage, confidence & ambition to challenge what’s been done before, and be bold to win**Interested?
