People who always solve for the customer - not competitors, and certainly not the boss.At albo, Product Managers provide the vision of their product to the company and make sure that everyone understands it. They own the short term and long term roadmap, as well as prioritizing the work to be done by the development team for every sprint. They are accountable for all revenues, costs, budgets as well as how their product contributes to the financial goals of the company.What you’ll be doing on the customer team at albo:- Provide the vision of the product to the team and also make sure that the team understands the customer and why we are creating the product.- You will own the product roadmap, create product backlogs and keep them groomed, estimated, prioritized, etc.- Responsible for all financial elements of the product (revenues, costs, budgets) as well as how their product plays into the overall financial goals of the company.- Work closely with the albo teams: tech, growth, customer service, finance & legal.- Your outputs will include: Customer Ecosystem mapping; Customer profiles & targets; Defining the competitive landscape; Yearly & Quarterly Roadmaps; Defining pricing, Lead Risk & Fraud assessment.- Responsible for the work of your product squad (sprint priorities, scope, timelines)- You will be expected to deliver by leveraging the whole company. No siloed thinking, we all work together to solve problems and succeed as a whole company.About you and what type of skills you'll need:- Experience on a Product Role: +4 years of experience as Product Manager.- Awesome problem definition and product discovery skills.- B2B: Experience executing b2b strategies.- Customer Centricity: You're customer obsessed, constantly thinking about ways to improve the customer experience.- Hands on: We’re looking for a leader who is comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor. You are energized by rolling up your sleeves and making things happen, and enabling your team to do the same.- Done is better than perfect: As things change and move quickly, you are excited by the fast pace, and opportunity to constantly learn and help your team learn. You also have an excellent ability to automate processes.- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate internally and externally, ability to quickly build relationships, and work well cross-functionally.- Extreme ownership: You hold yourself accountable to a high bar. You are supremely organized and you see what needs to happen in order to achieve goals.- Results & Data Driven: You understand the metrics of the business you are responsible for, adoption, customer satisfaction, churn, retention, growth and you are constantly evaluating the metrics and output of Customer Service efforts. You demonstrate these insights to drive constant improvement.
