By prioritizing employee growth and development, we empower everyone to reach their full potential on their own terms, because the best work happens when you are free to be yourself and share your unique expertise.**Our Benefits**:With our employees’ well-being top of mind, we offer a comprehensive and competitive Benefits Program, which includes the following:- Insurance plans _(Medical, life insurance, and more)_- Employee Assistance Program- Competitive base salary**What are your contributions to the team?**:- Define, develop and coordinate manufacturing sequence plan modifications and precedence diagrams based on engineering documentation.- Provide technical support to composite manufacturing processes.- You will implement and document work instructions to ensure accurate project cost estimating.- You will document and promote modifications, standard practices and lessons learned to ensure product integrity in accordance with design requirements.- You will participate and collaborate on continuous improvement, process optimization, cost reduction and product quality improvement projects.- You will provide technical support to external suppliers to ensure compliance with customer defined technical requirements.- You will maintain effective communication with the multidisciplinary team throughout all phases of the project.**How to thrive in this role?**:- You have 2 or more years of experience in an aerospace or industrial manufacturing environment, preferably in a composite materials related position.- You have a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Administrative Engineering.- You have knowledge of CAD tools (CATIA V5, TeamCenter)- You have advanced knowledge of composite materials and their manufacturing processes (e.g. laminating, curing, trimming, painting).- You have experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel (graphics, pivot tables, VBA and macros) and PowerPoint.- You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- You have analytical and problem solving skills.- You have at least an intermediate level of English (B2).Bombardier is an equal opportunity employer and encourages persons of any race, religion, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, immigration status, disability, or other applicable legally protected characteristics to apply.**Job**Methods Agent, Composites**Primary Location** Aerospace Mexico (B.A.M)**Organization**Aerospace Mexico (B.A.M)**Shift****Employee Status** Regular**Requisition** 8313 Manufacturing Engineer, Composites
