Balancing the need to seek information with the need to be understood and the ability to communicate effectively in varied settings are required skillWHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?Main role should be leading team members to successfully achieve company and personal goals on Indirect Sourcing side, by coordinating and deliver quality results of the following areas:Indirect Vendor Negotiationsü Support benchmark process for all vendors with more relevance (spend volume, risk, type of business, etc.)ü Support in the continuous search and develop new vendors to ensure we have the best ones (market competitiveness) within Nikeü Support analysis current Vendors’ information, to promote better negotiations with vendors if appliesü Support Bidding process when neededVendor Master Managementü Vendor Master Data Quality Reviewer (DQR) process for LATAM + Team for Indirect Vendorsü SAP information entry for Employees’ accounts processü Main performer for ABAC Controls performanceü Development or update of Area Processes documentationü Quarterly vendor audit processü Vendor master database management including inactivation processSpecial Projects & activitiesü Actively participate on special projects and keep on track until resultsü Occasionally, be the Nike representative for banking transactionsWHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?The Indirect Sourcing Team oversees the Source To Pay process, from the vendor market benchmarking, contracting and negotiations, the vendor database management and through the purchasing process for the Mexico territory. Many of these processes require cross functional work with other teams at Nike de Mexico, and with Nike WHQ.Particularly, the Vendor Master Management process is a global process in which we also collaborate and support our LatAm partners, making it a multicultural experience where communication and service attitude is paramount.WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKEYou’re not ensured success just for showing up.
