**Zoho Implementation Specialist (Remote Contractor, ~30 hrs/week)**Location: Remote — Latin America, Mexico, or Philippines preferredCompensation: Hourly, paid weekly (competitive rates based on experience)Commitment: ~30 hours/week to start, long-term opportunityStart Date: As soon as we find the right fitContract Type: Independent contractor (non-US)**About the Role**TechnoMap is a U.S.based Zoho implementation company helping small businesses turn messy operations into smooth systems. We’re growing and hiring our first full-time remote team member to help build powerful, user-friendly Zoho solutions behind the scenes.This role is perfect for someone who already knows their way around Zoho apps _or_ has strong systems thinking skills and is ready to learn. You’ll take process outlines or recorded notes and bring them to life in Zoho One — especially in apps like CRM, Books, Creator, and Analytics.**What You’ll Do**- Build and configure Zoho One apps to match client needs- Translate processes into real solutions inside CRM, Books, Desk, Creator, and more- Clean, transform, and import datasets- Build user-friendly and intuitive experiences- Future-proof everything you build — think ahead to reporting, consistency, and client use- Document your work clearly inside tasks — your notes may be copy/pasted to clients- Communicate progress and questions through Zoho Projects and Cliq- Join a daily check-in meeting and work within a weekly sprint process- Work independently but ask questions when needed**What We’re Looking For**- Strong English writing and speaking skills — this is essential. Your task updates must be clear and professional- Experience with Zoho apps (especially CRM, Analytics, Desk, Creator, and/or Books) is highly preferred- Extremely detail-oriented — double-checks their work and avoids careless mistakes- Able to take notes or a recording and build a solution with mínimal oversight- Communicates clearly and proactively — doesn’t disappear when blocked- Understands how to design clean processes and user-friendly workflows- Comfortable working on CST time zone hours (8am-4pm CST)- Bonus: experience working in agile teams or using Zoho Projects**Preferred Qualifications**- Prior work in Zoho implementation or CRM consulting- Experience working with small businesses or in tech operations roles- Ability to write clear documentation or client updates in fluent English**Tools You’ll Use**- Zoho One (full access account provided)- Zoho Projects for task tracking, communication, and time logging- Zoho Cliq and Zoho Mail for daily communication- Coda for internal documentation and reference**Additional Role Details**- Start as an independent contractor (~30 hrs/week)- Paid hourly, weekly via Wise, Payoneer, or similar- Must be available to work in or near CST time zone hours (8am-4pm CST)- Onboarding and training provided — we’re happy to invest in the right person- No agencies, please — we are hiring a direct individual**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: $160.00 - $300.00 per hourExpected hours: 25 - 40 per weekWork Location: Remote
