We provide services to retail clients worldwide by developing and delivering an array of custom software solutions such as POS, self-checkout, and mobility solutions. We seek proactive and skilled students or just graduated resources to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and ever-changing environment.**What you will be doing**:Your typical day as a Toshiba **Development Intern / C++ / C# **will involve:- Work together with the technical lead to find a solution to issues- Working closely with the QA team to ensure a quality deliverable- Providing configuration, installation, and ongoing maintenance support- Providing technical guidance during requirements workshops with our clients- Participate in planning meetings- Troubleshooting**Naturally, to be successful in this role, you must have and know of**- Currently pursuing Computer Science/Engineering major in Undergraduate or Postgraduate studies- English: Fluent (Capacity to read, analyze, correct, and write)- Responsible, organized, and hard-working with excellent communication skills in teamwork.- Skilled in Object-oriented programming (C++ or C#)- Computer science fundamentals including object-oriented concepts, overloading, inheritance, and related algorithms.- Knowledge of unit testing and build automation. (desired)- Experience working with hardware. (desired)- Familiarity with the software engineering lifecycle and agile methodologies. (desired)- Operative Systems: Windows and Linux (desired)- Familiarity with Git/GitLab.
