If yes, we are looking for you**About the Role**:In this opportunity as a **Talent Development Specialist, **you will:- Coordinate development activities for the Latin America region, including career development, performance management and training programs. Ensure successful execution and alignment with the company’s strategies and culture.- Develop and facilitate training programs aimed at organizational culture and skill enhancement.- Promote awareness of Talent Development programs and solutions within the company.
