You will use your digital marketing skills to create and deliver paid media plans, ensuring we reach the right audience through the right channels. You’ll work on a variety of campaigns promoting written content, live broadcasts, videos, and podcasts.**About the Role**In this opportunity as an **Audience Development Specialist,** you will:- Manage day-to-day operations to deliver paid marketing campaigns on target.- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on campaign proposals, planning, deployment, and delivery of paid media campaigns.- Optimize audience segmentation and targeting throughout campaigns.- Report on campaign performance, provide recommendations and compile a post-campaign analysis.- Guide internal teams on paid media strategies, promotional tactics and best practices.- Maintain social media calendar and ensure organic posting is on track.- Work closely with the Audience Development Manager to conduct and analyze test plans.**About You**You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:- Fluent in English (written and spoken).- 2-3 years of experience managing paid media campaigns.- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram, X, YouTube, and content syndication advertising platforms.- Strong understanding of social media bidding tactics and best practices.- Experience with audience segmentation and targeting.- Proficiency in ad manager platforms, Google Analytics (GA4), and Excel.- Ability to work with cross-functional teams across different time zones.- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Experience with content marketing promotional tactics.- Digital media agency experience.- Experience with Google Ads Suite and best practices.- Experience working in a hybrid setup with multi-regional teams.**Work Setup**: This is a remote/hybrid role, working with teams in the US, UK, and APAC regions.
