As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a positive client experience. Your focus should be to ensure every caller feels comfortable, guided, and well-informed. In this role, you will handle a variety of receptionist and administrative tasks for the practice.**PLEASE NOTE: Applications and Resumes must be submitted in English.**Submissions in Spanish will not be considered.****Key Responsibilities**- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, redirect calls, or take detailed messages as needed.- Respond to client inquiries and assist in resolving concerns or complaints.- Gather and record the required information from callers.- Prepare and manage outgoing mail.- Update and maintain records and files.- Provide general administrative and clerical support for the business.**What We're Looking For**- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate naturally and professionally in both.- Previous experience in customer service, reception, administration, or client-facing roles. (Legal experience is a plus, but not required.)- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations calmly and professionally.- Comfortable gathering information, taking accurate messages, and relaying detailed information to clients or staff.- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple calls, tasks, or requests at once.- Professional, adaptable, and solutions-focused, especially when handling client concerns.- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.**Other requirements**- Excellent WIFI (minimum 75 -100Mbps speed)- Own laptop or desktop computer- External Monitor- Sufficient backup power supply for power outages- Good quality headset with a built-in microphone- Working hours are Monday to Friday (US Time Zones)
