**Order Management Specialist Job Summary**:responsible for overseeing the entire order process, from intake to fulfillment, for our electronic products.- **Order Processing and Management**:- Receive, review, and process customer purchase orders accurately into the order management system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP platforms).- Cross-check orders for accuracy, including pricing, product specifications, delivery terms, and customer details.- **Customer Coordination**:- Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding order updates, confirmations, delivery schedules, and potential delays.- **Inventory & Fulfillment Support**:- Monitor and resolve any order fulfillment issues, such as shortages, substitutions, or damaged goods.- **Data Accuracy & Reporting**:- Maintain accurate order records in the order management system, including updates on order statuses, cancellations, and adjustments.- Participate in cross-departmental meetings to improve communication and visibility into customer needs and business priorities.**Qualifications**:- **Education**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent professional experience.- **Experience**:- 2-4 years of experience in order management, customer service, supply chain, or a related role, preferably in the electronics or technology industry.- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) and order entry processes.- **Skills**:- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.- **Preferred Qualifications**:- Experience working with international customers or in a global environment.- Knowledge of import/export documentation and logistics processes.- Understanding of electronic components, devices, or supply chains related to the electronics industry.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $1.00 - $2.00 al mesBeneficios:- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Estacionamiento gratuito- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor con descuento- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- Sistema de gestión de órdenes: 1 año (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
