Our plant located in Puebla, MX is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Traffic & Material Planning Regional Manager to join our team Responsibilities Improve logistics aligned with delivery, quality, and financial goals. Manage supplier / customer delivery issues and conflicts. Oversee product change compliance, costs, and price negotiations. Apply customer activity plan in plant scheduling (MRP). Negotiate transport costs with providers and Corporate SCM. Report plant results and key indicators to Corporate Logistics. Plan Tier 2 material acquisitions and ensure subcomponent supply. Optimize inventory and prevent obsolescence. Control transport arrivals and manage pre-series material events. Escalate supply chain risks and coordinate corrective actions. Communicate with suppliers / customers and manage premium freight recovery. Validate onboarding / training and ensure team performance. Promote SAS environmental system and compliance with VDA, IATF, ISO. Drive continuous improvement in safety, environment, process efficiency, and quality. Qualifications Engineering degree or equivalent. 5+ years in automotive or related industry. Engineering background with logistics and material procurement exposure. Knowledge of MRP and SAP for material planning. Experience in supply chain management. Familiarity with FMEA and ECR management. Understanding of IATF, ISO, and ISO standards. Knowledge of ESD requirements, SOP / EOP, and supplier procedures. Ability to perform pre-logistics cost analysis. Benefits We act with empathy and care about each other and our counterparts.
