Mexico City, Mexico- Tech Hiring- **Job Description**:**UX Lead**Location: Hybrid in Mexico City (3 days per week in the Office-Col. Extremadura Insurgentes)**Required Skills and Experience**:Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, graphic design, or other relevant field5 years of UX/UI design experience in a modern product development environment**Advanced English.**- Proven track record designing successful consumer-facing experiences- Expert in at least one or two, and solid in the rest of the following disciplines: interaction design, information architecture, UI design, user research, visual design, motion design, service design, storytelling, and prototyping- Experience working with large scale design systems- A high standard of creativity and craft and the desire to create wonderful design work that goes above and beyond expectations- Expertise with web and mobile technologies and their impact on the feasibility of design solution- Highly proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Principle, Illustrator, Photoshop, and MIRO- Experience facilitating design workshops and user research- Strong portfolio of web and native app design that demonstrates the depth of your experience**Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with Product Management, User Research, Development, Marketing, and other team members- Deliver usable, engaging experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technical considerations across web and mobile platforms- Create clear user experience vision, user journeys, end to end-user experiences, UI specifications, wireframes, and prototypes- Facilitate effective user research sessions to gain insights- Articulate ideas and concepts and communicate them effectively for internal leaders, partners, and customers- Use insights, clear communication, and great design craft to build trust in your work- Evangelize UX & UI best practices to our partners and stakeholders- Effectively manage your design projects- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and dynamic design culture- Analyze and synthesize both qualitative and quantitative insights to help communicate and drive the direction of proposed solutions- Comfortable advocating and providing clear direction for product design strategy- Enjoy solving for complexity and partnering with the product team to understand and effectively simplify**_Submit your updated Resume in English this via._****Wipro offers: Benefits above law, full payroll, constant training, and growth opportunity.****Wipro is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and makes all employment and employment-related decisions without regard to a person's race, sex, national origin, ancestry, disability, sexual orientation, or any other status protected by applicable law.**- Visual DesignWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
