We are looking for a Systems Engineer to work closely with a sales representative in a defined territory. The Systems Engineer's main mission will be to support the sales organization in all technical matters regarding pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales.**Job duties and responsibilities**- Pre-sales - assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint.- Sales calls - be the main technical resource on sales calls and answer/ educate the customer on issues ranging from features, specifications and functionality to integration.- Lead scoping sessions with customers and partners.- Understand customer needs and potential constraints (e.g., budget or timeline) and propose suitable solutions.- Post-sales - be the lead technical contact for identified accounts for technical issues and will work closely with the technical support team and engineering to answer, elevate and resolve customer's technical issues.- Provide assistance to identified customers with post-sales training.**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Graduate degree preferred.- Certifications: CCIE, CISSP, NSE 4,5 or 7; Azure or AWS are a plus- Certifications: An independent information/network/computer security certification from SANS, (ISC)2, ISACA, BS7799/ISO17799 is a plus.**Knowledge, skills and abilities- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 2 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.- At least 2 -3 years of experience with engineering pre-sales activities, including: Sales meetings, Proof-of-concepts, technical trainings, product sizing, solution design, assisting on creating sales proposals (with salespersons) and answering RFPs / public bids.- At least 3~5 years of experience with the design, installation and/or operation of network security solutions, including at least three of the following: Firewalls, VPNs, IDP/IPS, Antivirus Gateways, Web Content Filtering, AntiSpam, Vulnerability Managers, Database Security, VoIP Security.- Experience designing and/or operating/maintaining Wireless networking with emphasis on security, architecting and executing site surveys.- Experience as operating systems administrator, either Microsoft Windows Sever or UNIX flavors/variants.- Experience with Public (AWS/Azure) and Private Cloud Security.- Strong understanding of Wired/Wireless Authentication technologies- Strong understanding of DNS and NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP- Strong understanding of Virtualization environments as VMWare, KVM,- Strong Knowledge of the following technologies: Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, Network Security, Intrusion Detection, and EDR/XDR.- Experience Working knowledge of authentication systems such as LDAP, RADIUS, TACACS+, Active Directory, Digital Certificates / PKI.- Strong understanding in the following technologies and protocols: RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, FIREWALL, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, 3DES- Experience with encryption and authentication technologies required- Experience in PoC deployments, Demonstration of functionalities- Exceptional presenter. Strong ability to present to audiences of all sizes, either at technical level or management level.- Adaptable and flexible, operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Experience working in a collaborative team environment.- Fluent in English
