To provide the organization with clearly documented guidance on end-to-end processes internal controls through the effective communication of Company internal control activities in CEMEX Policy CenterTo aid the department in their data analysis efforts, standardizing data, building visual models, and providing insights that can impact decision making**Main Responsibilities**:- This role will help our Business Units improve and strengthen their effectiveness in implementing and executing internal controls through the updating of Internal controls documentation.- Enhancement of Internal controls documentation for Operative and Administrative E2E processes.- Mapping of processes and design of internal control matrices.- Internal controls automatization- Data cleaning and visualization for the different projects of the department**Position Challenges**:Interaction with different areas to clarify, confirm and update the internal controls for each E2E process.**Qualifications**:- Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written).- Bachelors in business informatics engineering or mathematics and data science engineering.- 1 year of experience in Data Analysis- Technical Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint, etc.), BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), SQL, Python- Soft Skills: effective verbal/written communication, proactive, team player, problem solving, self-motivation**Internal/External Relations**:INTERNAL: Mainly Corporate Internal Control team and any area in the Company to which internal controls apply.EXTERNAL: Internal and external auditors.**CEMEX Diversity and Inclusion Statement**:At CEMEX, we recognize the diversity of the world in which we live and in which we do business.
