We believe and trust all our outstanding professionals and realize how special they are but what makes us even special is the family we have become trough out the years.Leading a team of software engineers to design, develop, deploy, and maintain complex software systemsSetting and achieving the team´s goals, along with making sure that team members understand and follow major technical decisionsCollaborating with cross-functional teams such as product managers and project managers to deliver high-quality software on budget and on scheduleProviding technical guidance and mentorship to team members, helping them to improve their skills and advance their careersParticipating in the design and architecture of new software systems, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable and they meet the requirements of the businessCommunicating effectively with all stakeholders to ensure their needs are understood and metStaying up with the latest technologies and industry trends, and incorporating them into the team workflow as appropriate**Technical Skills**:This is not a hands-off job, strong technical skills are requiredWe are not looking for a particular technical skill, we are looking for hands-on tech leads on one or more of the technologies listed below, that are flexible and eager to learn other languages and frameworksWe will consider deep technical expertise in one or several of the following areas:**Back-end**: NodeJS, Java, NET, Python (API design, Restful services)Problem Solving**Front-end**: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JS Frameworks (React, Angular, Vue )Mobile Development is a plus**OTHER SKILLS**:Ability to communicate with team members, stakeholders, customer, and others effectively and clearly. This includes being able to explain complex technical concepts, as well as being able to listen actively and respond to feedbackAbility to inspire and motivate their teams to achieve their goals.
