**Job Title**:Sr Analyst IT Finance HCM**Position Purpose****Primary Accountabilities**- Business process automation (BPA) automate repeatable, multistep business transactions, connected to multiple enterprise information technology systems/sources, and tailored specifically to the needs of organization.- Leads testing and troubleshooting of functional issues as they arise in the normal course of business; implements changes necessary to achieve successful resolution of functional issues, collaborates with HR management to establish objectives, standards, and strategies for delivering updates and changes to HCM processes.- Partner with the financial systems team to support them in ad hoc projects and requirements as well act as a liaison between Mexico and the corporate office (USA) to drive for standardization and process improvement opportunities.- Supervises production support, research, and problem resolution, leads system testing for updates, analyzes current processes, recommends, and implements new processes as appropriate.- Safeguard sensitive data creating rules and policies to access the information.- Works with vendors and IT Finance team to analyze, develop, test and deliver reports following the standards and procedures defined by HRIS team.**Education & Experience**Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.Area of Study: System engineer or computer related.Years of Experience: Two to three years.Type of Experience: Software development.Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Able to troubleshoot when customers have issues, Ability to speak the technical language,Ability to maintain confidentiality, follow instructions and possess an attention to detail and ability to work accurately,Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and possess ability to navigate and use other web-based systems as necessary (SAS, SQL),Possess a positive attitude and establish good working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders,High sense of urgency in providing a strong level of service and follow-throughOther / Preferred: Project implementation metodogy
