Logistics Data Analyst

We are hiring a** Logistics Data Analyst** todrive impactful supply chain strategies by analyzing data, optimizing transportation planning, and developing performance metrics. Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Procurement, Finance, and more to enhance tools and processes that support enterprise-wide goals.**What You Will Be Doing**:- Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data.- Establish and forecast transportation requirements and provide support and analysis for all assigned materials.- Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements.- Recommend and support supply chain optimization projects.- Develop KPIs, and report on transportation performance.- Work closely with internal customers: IT, Order Fulfillment, Procurement, and Finance functional groups, fostering trusting relationships with business partners.- Collaborate with IT professionals to continuously improve the effectiveness of SCM business tools in support of program and enterprise goals.- Other undefined scope in relation to transportation planning, analysis, forecasting, and budget**Who You Are**:**Minimum Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management/Analytics, or equivalent combination of education and experience.- Advanced English is a must.- 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, and/or Warehouse Operations, with a solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.- 2-4 years of experience using Microsoft Office tools, relational databases, and ERP systems, combined with hands-on experience as a Data Analyst supporting operational and strategic decision-making.- Proven experience (2-4 years) in data mining, statistical analysis, and generating actionable insights through reporting and dashboards.Strong proficiency in data visualization and automation tools, including Tableau and MS Excel VBA, to streamline reporting and enhance data-driven decision-making.**Desired Skills and Experience**- Experience with Power BI, Smartsheet, and Power Automate to support data visualization, collaborative project management, and workflow automation.- Ability to work both autonomously and as a team in a highly demanding and fast paced environment; capability to prioritize multiple ongoing projects.- Proficient in analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data from multiple sources.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact with all levels of an organization including customers, internal suppliers, team members, and management.- You got strong and creative problem-solving skills.- Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process orientation.**Who We Are**:Steelcase is a global design and thought leader in the world of work.
