**Position Summary**

The Sr Production Coordinator will be responsible for all day-to-day functions related to the execution of domestic production orders, communications with sales and other cross-functional team members and external customer service personnel.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

▪ Ownership and management of the workflow associated with specific retail customer accounts from order receipt through shipment of finished goods to Mad Engine warehouses

▪ Attendance of daily Production Management calls and all other retail account specific Production calls with cross-functional team members

▪ Ability to execute recaps of all production meetings as well as continued follow up and updates associated with production orders between meetings

▪ Attendance of weekly printer on-order review calls as scheduled by the Director of Print Services

▪ Management of daily Work in Progress (WIP) updates and identification of potential challenges that would result in a delay or other impact to the order execution

▪ Coordination with supporting team members on challenges, including but not limited to:

- Identification of possible solutions
- Communication to cross-functional teams presenting both the challenges and possible solutions in a professional and positive manner
- Coordination with production facilities to both identify challenges and execute appropriate means of correcting challenges

▪ Professional and tactful communication with print facilities regarding order scheduling and due dates for timely execution of print orders

▪ Ability to think critically and identify areas of opportunity to improve processes and efficiencies within the team

▪ Lead of a small team of support personnel (Production Coordinators & Production Assistants) and displayed ability to delegate tasks in a professional and supportive manner

▪ Maintenance of all SOPs and/or written documentation specific to the retail account team

**Minimum Qualifications**

▪ Associates or bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university preferred or equivalent related industry experience

▪ Apparel industry or related field preferred.

▪ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

▪ Excellent English written and verbal communication

▪ Excellent analytical skills

▪ Time management experience managing multiple tasks is required

▪ Bilingual in Spanish/English, both written and verbal, a plus

**Language**:

- English in a fluent way (required)
