As a General Services Analyst, you will coordinate and supervise all general services for the working site to improve the level of these services**Key Responsibilities**- Supervises and carries out the provision of general services (cleaning, fumigation, gardening, non-hazardous waste collection, parking lots, meeting rooms, water supply, basic maintenance in production plants, distribution centers, corporate offices, show rooms, training centers).- Coordinates and guarantees an adequate level of dining room service- Efficiently uses resources aligned with the organization's objectives.- Keeps the annual programs for the efficient execution of service activities up to date- Responsible for handling the budget to implement the services**Qualifications**- At least 2 years proven experience with general services management- Finished bachelor's degree- Basic English proficiency- Proficient user Excel and Power Point- Interpersonal Skills**ABOUT US**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
