Education:Bachelor's degree, Electronics, computing, industrial, engineer, MBA, etc or equivalent work experience, perferable in a large, international corporate manufacturing environment, processimprovement and reengineering experience, excellent English speaker / can understand English well.PMI certification is a plusApics, Six Sigma or other certification is a plus.Experience:This role will be responsible for project management of a number of projects in one or more IT portfolios within the IT Global Business Service team. Projects will range in size andcomplexity and will focus on specific business areas or functions.Some will involve business process change and IT aspects. Projects may target productivity improvement, cost reduction, total cost of ownership reduction (through improved systemarchitecture) and/or compliance enhancement.Expected to work closely with business stakeholders and become a trusted advisor in technology, solutions development andprocess improvement execution. You will work collaboratively & cross-functionally to support successful execution of all approved and agreed projects. You will also be working closely withproject management to regularly report progress and status.Knowledge:Strong Project management skills with proven results showing ability to influence, work with cross functional teams and pull together disparate resources into a high performing team.Excellent systems acumen, preferably with IT and Oracle experience.Proven record in identification and delivery of process improvement.Experience or exposure to key business functions, preferably in an international or complex business environment.Skills:Ambition and drive, a self starter with a “can do” attitude.Intellectual focus with good organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing environment and demands.Ability to work under pressure and to short deadline times.Continually seeks to identify process improvement and manage resulting changes effectivelyTo quickly gain respect and credibility from peers by prompt delivery of successful quick win projects or improvement actions.**Responsibilities**:Manage Multiple projects simultaneously. Work closely with both business & IPM to help identify, evaluate, prioritize and schedule potential new project work within a portfolio road map. Thisincludes analysis of request and ideas for projects as well as developing recommended solutions to business issues. Seek and support opportunities for continuous improvement andprocess re-engineering activity worldwideTake ownership and demonstrate clear leadership of assigned projects: Ensure compliance with, and leverage the ITGovernance process, to effectively communicate project expectations (requirements, priorities, resources, cost benefit analysis, risks, etc), progress and status to the project team &management in a timely fashionWork closely with IPM to contribute to and maintain a standard Governance, Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) andpost project review.Manage assigned projects to achieve successful on time execution of project deliverables through a combination of personal leadership and by providing appropriate coaching support toother team members in line with project plans. This particularly includes, but is not limited to, the identification and resolution of potential barriersall levels. Manage the preparation of detailed analysis and documentation to support knowledge transfer & sharing.Work Environment - Normal Office environment, with need for periodic international travel
