Responsible to make sure requests can be successfully ship on time.- Supervising and controlling new sales orders, identifying the key elements and communicate downstream for required actions.- Analyzing historical sales data, and other relevant factors to predict future product demand. This helps in ensuring that inventory levels are maintained appropriately to meet customer needs without overstocking- Manage customer priorities, high priority back orders, back orders and past due.- Serving as primary contact for customer inquiries; primary escalation process.- Evaluate restrictions to meet the sales plan and communicate impact to Demand planning supervisor.**Education requirement**:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field, or expected to graduate within the current yearEnglish Intermediate conversacional**Data Gathering & Analysis**- Intermediate to advanced knowledge in obtaining and analyzing data using Excel- Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Office 365- Basic SAP System Management**Demand Management**:- Knowledge of demand management process, production plan definition- Demand reports and analysis, to determine variation- Identify customer priorities and manage them on the production line**Forecasting**:- Production plan definition- RCCP analysis to identify manufacturing capabilities & restrictions- Basic knowledge on Sales and operation process Proactive communication with operations, manufacturing, supply chain team to meet demand- Intermediate knowledge in SAP CBS- Basic/Intermediate knowledge on Power Bi**Additional information**:Location: Cienega de FloresThis position is from Monday to FridayDomestic relocation assistance is not available for this position.Don't forget to include an English resume in your Workday profile**Final details****The Caterpillar Code of Conduct states that we will select and place employees based on their qualifications for the job to be performed, without regard to race, religion, national origin, color, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
