**Digital Support Analyst**We are currently seeking for a Digital Business Analyst to join the Digital Platform Support team within WPB Design and Delivery area.**Principal responsibilities**- Support in the review, documentation, and escalation / fix of platform incidents and ensure its resolution;- Track and monitor Mobile platform performance, escalating immediately when issues are detected until its resolution;- Create a monitoring dashboard of key mobile banking journeys and define KPIs and performance thresholds to proactively identify potential issues with the platform;- Track and prioritize mobile banking bugs and production issues within the sprint reviews, ensuring right visibility of open items;- Support internal and external high value customers on Digital issues, identifying root cause together with RTB teams and proposing solutions;- Engage with Global teams to track performance issues and ensure appropriate attention to Mexico items;Requirements**Qualifications**- Advanced level of English- Exceptional analytical skills- Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex or technical issues- Experience in digital, project management, IT or change management a plusEn HSBC esperamos que nuestra gente se trate con dignidad y respeto, creando una cultura incluyente que promueva igualdad de oportunidades.
